How partner onboarding works.
PackKardo is pickup and car handoff — not doorstep delivery. Guests order in the app, drive to you, and collect at the counter or at their car. You keep the kitchen moving; we handle guest checkout and weekly payouts.
Owner OTP first
Start with the owner mobile PackKardo Admin will use. After OTP the form autosaves, so you can leave and resume on the same number.
KYC, then the kitchen board
Submit documents here on packkardo.com. After approval you run hours, menu, and live orders from the PackKardo Partner app — not from this website.
Platform fee
₹20 on order amounts up to ₹500, then 5% above ₹500 (plus GST). The same model is in the restaurant agreement.
Weekly settlements
Net payouts typically settle weekly after fees, refunds, and adjustments. Keep IFSC and account details matching the cancelled cheque.

Kitchen board, prep-time controls, free car handoff modes for guests, promo codes, reviews, and settlement reports in the Partner portal.

Do I need GST?
Upload a GST certificate if you are registered. If you are not GST-registered, skip that proof and continue.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. After owner OTP the form autosaves. Resume on packkardo.com/onboarding with the same mobile number.
How long does KYC take?
The application itself is about 15 minutes. PackKardo then reviews documents — we flag anything that needs a fix before you go live.
