Can I order on the website?
No — PackKardo is a mobile-first app. Download for iOS or Android to order, track, and pick up.
What is car pickup?
At restaurant partners with the green car badge, food can be brought to your parking spot — packed, or served so you can eat in the car. Car handoff is free on every order.
How do restaurants join?
Message us on WhatsApp (+91 88376 72302) via Start onboarding, or email admin@packkardo.com. Complete KYC, set hours and menu, then go live after approval.
Can restaurant owners use PackKardo on the web?
Partner web portal is coming soon. For now, start onboarding on WhatsApp (+91 88376 72302) or email admin@packkardo.com.
Is delivery available?
PackKardo is built for pickup and car handoff — you come to the restaurant, not a delivery rider to your door.
Do I need a promo code for car handoff?
No — car handoff is free on every order at restaurants that offer car service. Restaurant partners can still run their own menu offers in the app.
How do I get support?
Use in-app chat, or email admin@packkardo.com. Restaurant partners use the same inbox.
